Who processes your data

The controller is Vesper Dynamics s.r.o., Uhelná 867/1, 500 03 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 30103568, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, File 57569. For anything about personal data, write to [email protected].

Visiting the website

The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and scripts load from our own domain. Each visit still sends technical data (IP address, time and address of the request, browser type). The Cloudflare network, which serves the site, and our server process these data to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely. We keep these data only as long as this purpose requires.

Requesting the features handbook

When you request the handbook, we process your email address and, if you fill them in, your name and organisation, plus the language you chose, the time of the request and the page it came from. To protect the form from abuse, we keep a hash of your IP address (not the address itself) for 24 hours.

  • Sending the handbook. We use your email address to send the link. The legal basis is handling your request. A request you do not confirm by clicking the link is deleted within 30 days.
  • Sales contact. Only if you tick the consent box do we pass your contact to our sales team and get in touch about the handbook and our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to [email protected]. We then keep the data for at most 2 years from our last contact.

The confirmed contact goes by email to people in our management team. No automated decisions are made about you.

Email

When you write to us, we process your address and the content of your message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling your message, or steps taken before entering into a contract.

Who can see the data

Only people at Vesper Dynamics and these processors:

  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft 365: email and the list of prospects),
  • INTERNET CZ, a.s. (our server, located in the Czech Republic),
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (website delivery and protection from attacks).

Cloudflare is based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to [email protected]. If you disagree with how we process your data, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
